Everything I heard from other people and all of my extensive reseach did not come close to describing how wonderful this facility is. Dr. Ortiz is truly doing this out of love and dedication. He and his team are highly skilled in every aspect of their job.

I am a physical therapist from So.Cal. I have worked in many hospitals, health settings and with thousand of doctors. I instist on a VERY HIGH level of care for myself. I was impressed from the moment I came into contact with office staff, to the hotel, the transport, the surgery center, team of doctors, and Dr. Ortiz's angelic mom who walks around making us all feel like our own mom is with us.

This is the best choice of facilities for deciding to improve the quality of your life.

I WAS SO NERVOUS ABOUT THIS WHOLE SITUATION. ESPECIALLY ANYTHING TO DO WITH A NEEDLE. MY NURSE "JOSE" WAS AMAZING. I WAS SCARED TO GET MY IV BECAUSE I WAS THE LAST ONE AND SOME OF THE OTHER PATIENTS SAID THAT THEIRS HURT. SO YOU CAN IMAGINE HOW I WAS FEELING WHEN "JOSE" CAME IN THE ROOM. WELL ANYWAYS SHE WAS AMAIZING. I DIDN'T FEEL EVEN THE POKE. WOW

THE NIGHT STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND I HAD A LOT OF FUN CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS "VERY NICE"

My experience was fantastic the entire crew was great.

Building very clean and people are so friendly and polite. Even the doctors seem to care a lot.

I was nervouse about this trip but this is nothing to worry about. Im just waitng for my results to show!

I was banded this morning. I'm feeling really good. I tried to start walking as soon as they told me to, and they are right, it gets the gas moving.

The team here is very nice, the place is really nice and comfy. This actually has gone much better than I had hoped.

Tomorrow I walk, and drink lots of liquids. Here we go!

I just wanted to say this is the most impressive operation I have come across in my life. I feel I was cared for by the best. Dr. Ortiz and has his staff are the best. I am actually shocked the quailty of care one receives here. Dr. Ortiz saw and immediately reapired a hernia I had while placing my band in. I came here at 5'ft 3 and not morbid obese weighed 185 -I share this with readers beacuse I have tried every diet out there-my weigh was causing major health issues

Dr. Ortiz and staff put us all at ease. You do not have to be morbid obese to get your band-if your just fat suffering with blood pressure or high sugar you need to as well consider this to get and live healthy. I did not chose the OBC as money was really not an issue for me as even American Dr's wanted to do the procedure-I watch Dr. Ortiz on TV and watched his youtubes and just what you see is exactly what happens-it really is that simple. My story comes to you from the heart I could have went anyway and choice Dr. Ortiz and did my reseach-simply put if you are considering this surgery email me anytime -I truly have had the best experience.

This is day 1 after my surgery and it went so well!! I was so very impressed with the process, the staff and especially Dr. Ortiz. He was amazing. The procedure was so quick. His staff was so helpful with any questions I had and so kind. Dr. Ortiz is doing it right!! Keep it up!

My experience with the Obesity Control Center has been one of the most gratifying experiences I have ever had. The patient coordinators have been so helpful during this entire experience, I have had a lot of questions and they were always prompt and responsive to each and every request I submitted. Dr Martinez was absolutely wonderful, informative, reassuring and competent. The support staff of doctors and assistants were so comforting, they were attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Everyone contributed to making my experience just that much better, going to this clinic was definitely the perfect choice for me.
